Maitenance item

Sometimes maintenance items are not available right away for users to add to work orders so the activation button is not on when created. It is not a problem to update one but when you have to activate 10 or 15 it would help to have the option to activate them without going into the item card and do one at a time.

    Thank you for the idea however I believe you can simple find a solution in Business Central for that.

    1. You can use the Item Templates to automatically mark Maintenance Item upon creation - if you only deal with maintenance items

    2. You may simply edit all items that do not have the maintenance items turn on in bulk using Edit in Excel function

    Hello,

    I am sure the user would be able to do it with the edit in excel functionality but in the case of maintenance users we have them with limited access and a more simplified version than us administrators.

    Thank you for your idea. Have you tried to update Items using Edit in Excel functionality?
