Maintenance Request Automation

I want to automatically approve the maintenance request and create a work order from it without manual creation of order. It should work based on some specific criterias such as type of the request, priority, asset location, or asset category

    It should also auto close the request when converted to a WO. The communication regarding status should flow from request to WO automatically.
