We would like to transfer assets and spare parts at the same document - Asset Transfer. It will allow us to reduce number of documents. Now we need to do Asset Transfer and Item Transfer. But also it would allow to print everything on one printout

When a form is submitted you cant go back and re-open the form to make any adjustments, I understand there is a save function but sometimes things change after the fact and there is a need to be re-open to make any adjustments.

To be able to send forms to third parties (mostly contractors from the 'Vendors' list) to fill out and sign. Especially permits to work and risk assessments, as they're mostly issued to contractors and they require a binding document.

When using forms you are normally recreating a form in the system based off another existing form or document. I would like to have the ability to have a link in the form to attach a PDF or have a link to a share point site where a person could vi...
