The Job Allocations addition is very good. I think it would be an improvement to add the ability to allocate a Job and Job Task No. to the different line types of a work order, e.g. Items to a Job & Job Task No, Resources to a different Job & Job Task No, Expenses to another... etc.
The reason for this is that we have separate Job Task No's for resources and materials so we are unable to allocate just a single Job Task No that would suit all work order expenses. Given how the Job Posting Groups are setup, this would be typical for many organisations as the Job Posting group can only have 1 recognized costs account but it can have many applied costs accounts to break out items, resources... etc.
It would also be helpful to include an allocation for one-off work orders
