Allowed Status Link Between Status & Condition Codes

Looking to have to ability to create workflow within the system based on allowed status and condition codes with relationship between them.

For example,

When the status code "Operating" is selected the condition code changes to "Green Tag"

When the Status code "In Service" is selected the condition code changes to "Yellow Tag"
