Safe Work - Lock out & Tag Out

Lock out & Tag out are the same processes, when you lock an asset you put a tag on it as well, so these two processes should be merged.

1) When an asset is locked out, the status codes and condition codes on the asset card should reflect this such as "Locked Out".

2) When you create a WOP there should be an option here to lock out/tag out during the work order process.

3) Currently if you are using lockout not in a work order, the system does not identify clearly what assets are locked out.
